In Piney, near to Troyes in the Aube département, chef Patrice Carillon works busily with his team to serve guests at Le Tadorne hotel and restaurant homemade dishes which offer a real taste of the gastronomy and culinary traditions of Champagne.

LE TADORNE’S CHARMING PREMISES
All these exquisite creations are served in a restaurant which is the only one of its kind in the region, with its huge picture windows through whose lofty half-timbered structure guests can admire Piney market hall. It is a warm and friendly environment and, in winter, a huge open fire sets the place aglow. The restaurant can accommodate up to forty diners. Its capacity is doubled during the summer months (May to September), when its pleasant terraces are open. Positioned right at the heart of an architectural complex, it provides diners, at lunchtime and in the evening, with an opportunity to step back in time and give free rein to their imagination.
